A DoD acquisition workflow dashboard that helps program teams run campaigns by tracking phases, schedules, tasks, and progress in one place. It also manages a vetted company pipeline with detailed profiles and activity history to support faster, traceable selection decisions.

  • Strategy

    This is a DoD acquisition operations layer that helps program teams run cohort-style efforts (e.g., SBIR) by centralizing campaign setup, phase scheduling, tasks/projects, and a reusable pipeline of companies. It aims to speed decisions and improve traceability by pairing workflow tracking (phases, progress, activity) with vendor intelligence and eligibility signals so teams can move from discovery to award-ready candidates in one system.

  • Design

    The UI is an enterprise dashboard-and-drilldown experience: a campaign overview with KPI tiles and a phase timeline, plus tabs aligned to core workflows (Schedule, Projects, Tasks, Companies, Activity). Companies are managed via a scan-friendly table that links to a detailed profile combining structured fields, location/map, and an activity feed with notes/news/reports, using badges and progress indicators to make status and next actions clear.
